Can I use my welcome discount on sale items?

Our welcome and return discount codes are valid only on full priced individual items, and currently cannot be used on pre-made gift boxes, hampers, sets, or bundles, as these are already discounted from their normal RRP.

They also cannot be used on our Floral Print Copper Wine Glasses by CLINQ Barware.

Certain codes released throughout the year such as flash sales may apply to all products. 


Do you deliver?

We will personally deliver within in the St George Area and surrounds!

Free local delivery is available to the following postcodes:

2220, 2222, 2223

Delivery to the following suburbs will incur a delivery fee, based on distance (this will be calculated at checkout):

2190, 2192, 2193, 2194, 2195, 2196, 2206, 2211, 2212, 2213, 2214, 2224, 2225, 2226, 2227, 2228, 2229, 2230, 2232, 2234, 2244, 2221, 2207, 2208, 2209, 2210,  2216, 2217, 2218, 2219, 2196

How much is postage?

Our current turnaround for parcels is 2-3 business days.

We ship Australia wide with a flat rate of $12.95 for standard post, and $18.95 for express. Our shipping rates are based on the average weight of our parcels, which are not light.

Spend $120 or more and receive free standard shipping.

We use Australia Post, who like all postal services, are experiencing delays. As a result, we cannot guarantee an accurate time frame for you to receive your parcel. We recommend choosing express post if you require your items by a certain time.

Please note that while Australia Post is no longer guaranteeing next day delivery for Express Post, it is still being given priority over standard mail service, and remains the fastest option.

 

Can I return my items?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is an issue with an order you have received, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.

If your item arrives damaged as a result of Australia Post, you must lodge an enquiry with them - please note, we as the seller cannot lodge an enquiry on your behalf, it must come from the recipient. We can however lodge a request in support of you.
